Queue ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Reservation Data: Reservation details including date, time, party size, and establishment preferences.
• Location Data: Geographic coordinates (with your consent) to show nearby establishments and calculate distances.
• Business Information: For business owners — establishment name, address, operating hours, contact details, and photos.
• Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your credit card details.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, device type, and browser information for service improvement.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on: (a) your consent; (b) the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the Service); (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, provided these do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and manage reservations
• Send notifications about your reservations and account
• Display nearby establishments based on your location
• Process subscription payments for business owners
• Provide customer support
• Ensure the security and integrity of the Service

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase with data centers in the Asia-Pacific region (ap-northeast-1). We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and regular security audits.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Supabase (database and authentication provider); (b) Lemon Squeezy (payment processing); (c) establishment owners when you make a reservation (limited to reservation details); and (d) when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

7. Your Rights

Under RA 10173, you have the right to: (a) be informed about how your data is processed; (b) access your personal data; (c) object to processing; (d) erasure or blocking of your data; (e) rectify inaccurate data; (f) data portability; and (g) lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. 8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and provide offline functionality through our Progressive Web App (PWA) features. These are essential for the Service to function properly.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
